About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Operate in the electricity markets, including sales revenue, reserve energy contracting, quota regimes, MCSD, MVE, Capacity Reserve, and Capacity and Energy Reserve
- Analyze, contribute to, and monitor regulatory developments related to electricity market operations
- Validate computer systems by developing logical scenarios to support market operations activities
- Contribute to client relationships by aligning expectations and ensuring quality and timely service delivery and management
- Provide technical support and assist market agents
- Resolve support tickets
- Participate in meetings
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
- Experience in the electricity sector and/or energy markets
- Postgraduate specialization in areas such as Energy Markets or Engineering is preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office—particularly Excel, VBA, and SQL—is preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, creativity, teamwork, adaptability, resilience, and flexibility skills
