About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define, map, document, analyze, and optimize IT Governance processes
- Lead continuous improvement and process transformation initiatives using process management methodologies and techniques
- Identify and implement process automation opportunities to increase productivity, reduce risks, and improve operational efficiency
- Apply COBIT and ITIL concepts to IT processes, controls, metrics, and service governance
- Define, monitor, and analyze performance indicators (KPIs) and governance metrics
- Work with risk management, internal controls, and corporate and technology governance processes
- Prepare executive presentations, management reports, and materials for governance forums
- Use Generative AI for process analysis, documentation, modeling, and optimization
- Support requirements gathering, workflow design, process documentation, insight generation, and the identification of automation opportunities using Generative AI
- Apply knowledge of governance, security, privacy, and the responsible use of Artificial Intelligence
- Participate in digital transformation, automation, and operational improvement projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Outlook
- Experience using Power BI to build, analyze, and maintain dashboards and performance indicators
- Knowledge of process modeling tools such as BPMN, Bizagi, Visio, or similar platforms
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI) or equivalent automation platforms
- Experience using Generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot
- Analytical, critical-thinking, and results-oriented mindset
- Ability to translate business needs into process improvements and automation solutions
- Systems thinking and a strong focus on operational efficiency
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple demands simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lead requirements-gathering and alignment meetings with different departments and organizational levels
- Proactive approach to identifying innovation and continuous improvement opportunities
- Curiosity and an ongoing interest in new technologies, Artificial Intelligence, and digital transformation
- Ability to influence and engage stakeholders in change initiatives
- Knowledge of COBIT, ITIL, BPM, Lean, Process Management, or IT Governance
- Certifications or courses related to Generative Artificial Intelligence
- Experience implementing IT Governance frameworks, service catalogs, performance indicators, or process offices
- Experience with automation projects using AI and RPA
