About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the planning and execution of corporate events, from internal meetings to large business gatherings
  • Provide proactive support to internal and external clients, including liaising with suppliers
  • Support the scheduling of meeting rooms and event spaces by checking reservations and logistical requirements
  • Participate in the setup and teardown of venues, handling event ambiance, signage, and basic technical support
  • Monitor and organize inventory of materials and supplies, including office items, promotional gifts, and coffee break supplies
  • Assist with event promotion, including sending targeted invitations
  • Assist with guest list management, attendance confirmations, and participant reception
  • Support the preparation of coffee breaks, event materials, and signage
  • Proactively help resolve unforeseen issues, contributing to a positive participant experience

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently enrolled from the second semester onward in Events, Public Relations, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field
  • Basic computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and the Windows operating system
  • Dynamic profile, strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational ability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing multiple simultaneous demands
  • Availability to work as an intern during business hours, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  • English required; proficiency level to be determined during the selection process
