Key responsibilities & impact
  • Advise senior leaders on organizational performance, transformation, integration, and change
  • Design and evolve organizational structures aligned with strategy, growth priorities, and operating models
  • Lead organization design and selection work, including role clarity, decision rights, spans and layers, and leadership placement
  • Assess organizational health, capability gaps, and change readiness, translating insights into actions
  • Serve as a core people leader on enterprise change initiatives, transformations, and integrations
  • Support leaders through ambiguity, complexity, and rapid change
  • Integrate culture, talent, and ways of working across teams, geographies, and newly affiliated organizations
  • Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to executives and senior leaders
  • Coach leaders to improve effectiveness, decision quality, and impact during transformation
  • Challenge constructively, provide data and perspective, and influence outcomes
  • Shape leadership capability, succession plans, and talent strategies
  • Build leadership benches and inclusive, high-performing teams
  • Use talent insights and workforce data to inform decisions and tradeoffs
  • Reinforce culture through leader behavior, systems, and ways of working

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior-level HR business partnership
  • Demonstrated experience leading large organizational integrations, transformations, or enterprise change initiatives
  • Strong background in organization design, workforce planning, and leadership consulting
  • Proven ability to operate at the executive level with credibility, influence, and judgment
  • Experience navigating complex, matrixed organizations and multiple stakeholder environments
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
  • Strategic and systems-oriented thinking
  • Ability to operate in ambiguity and drive clarity
  • Strong change leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Executive presence
  • Enterprise mindset and commitment to people, culture, and performance
  • Candidates should reside within a commutable distance of a Boise, Lewiston, Salt Lake City, or Renton office, or be willing to relocate
  • Wired internet connection that is not satellite or cellular, with minimum upload speed of 5Mb and download speed of 10Mb, if using work-from-home options
  • Access to a personal mobile device for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
  • Background check required
