About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist customers with reservations and account inquiries
- Provide friendly, professional customer service
- Navigate multiple systems while supporting callers
- Resolve questions efficiently and accurately
- Attend mandatory orientation and training
- Work flexible shifts within the contact center's 7:00 AM–10:00 PM EST, seven-day operating schedule
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Friendly, professional, and dependable
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Call Centre experience is an asset
- Manitoba residents only
- Full attendance at orientation and training is mandatory
- Availability for a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays during the contract period
- Availability to work maximum scheduled hours throughout July and the first week of August
- Ability to work 15–30 hours per week
