Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1-3 years of experience in office management, event management, or a related hospitality role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field
  • Microsoft 365 proficiency (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Familiarity with event planning and execution systems, event order systems, Canva, and floorplan or seating tools such as Tripleseat or similar platforms (nice to have)
  • Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish or Italian (nice to have)
