About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist with maintaining and improving property curb appeal and cleanliness
  • Support Managers in developing and executing annual marketing plans
  • Conduct daily follow-up with prospects, identify obstacles, and close leases
  • Maintain thorough product knowledge of the property and competitive market through research and networking
  • Collaborate with Managers to establish, implement, and monitor leasing goals and renewal programs
  • Keep the office, common areas, grounds, and model units clean and professional
  • Fill in for other team members and assist with after-hours emergencies as needed
  • Ensure online presence, including websites, listing sites, social media, and marketing materials, is current and engaging
  • Monitor digital platforms and report issues or improvement opportunities to management
  • Assist with resident functions and community events
  • Coordinate on-campus advertising events and build partnerships with schools and student organizations
  • Network with local student housing professionals and competitors
  • Promote positive relations with residents, parents, staff, and the broader community while enforcing company policies
  • Spend time on campus and in local businesses to support cross-advertising and community ties
  • Keep property management software accurate and up to date
  • Perform lease processing, administration, and related administrative tasks

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Two to Three years in a sales or customer service role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization and analytical skills
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Entrata software
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to market and sell the community
  • Excellent time management and ability to prioritize work
  • Ability to pass criminal background and drug screening
