About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide first-class customer service to prospects and residents
- Handle resident requests promptly and professionally
- Create a professional and welcoming office environment
- Improve and maintain property curb appeal and cleanliness
- Assist with annual marketing plans and utilize marketing avenues
- Follow up with prospects, overcome obstacles, and close deals
- Maintain product knowledge through market research
- Establish, implement, and monitor leasing goals and renewal programs
- Clean offices, common areas, grounds, and apartments as needed
- Fill in for other positions and assist with after-hours emergencies
- Keep websites, listing sites, social media, and marketing materials updated
- Assist with resident functions and events
- Coordinate campus advertising events and school partnerships
- Network with student housing professionals and monitor competitors
- Maintain relationships with schools and the community
- Conduct outreach on campus and at local businesses
- Maintain accurate property management software records
- Perform lease processing, administration, and other administrative duties
Requirements
What you’ll need- Two to Three years in a sales or customer service role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization and analytical skills
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Entrata software
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to market and sell the community
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritize work
