About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as a Workday subject matter expert for Integrations and Security modules
Provide day-to-day support for Workday Integrations, Workday Security configurations, system support, testing, troubleshooting, and vendor support
Lead end-to-end Workday enhancements affecting the organization
Coordinate with external technical vendors on maintenance and enhancements of Workday configurations
Review business requirements with functional teams and recommend process improvements
Deploy system enhancements
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues with technical partners
Ensure accurate and timely data flow between systems, vendors, and external providers
Lead and support Workday quarterly security audits and other annual audits
Lead and support Workday semi-annual releases
Maintain CTC’s Workday security framework
Develop new custom security roles and security for new integrations
Collaborate with functional and technical partners to streamline and improve processes
Build, test, and upload Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs) mass data uploads
Support internal and external audit requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

4–7 years of hands-on experience maintaining and enhancing Workday Integrations involving Studio, API, EIB, and Connector
4–7 years of hands-on experience with Workday Security modules and day-to-day and periodic user security management
Workday certification in Security and Integrations is an added advantage
Knowledge of Workday HCM Core, Scheduling, Time Tracking, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, Learning, Help, and Payroll is an asset
Ability to manage relationships with external vendors, consultants, and third-party service providers
Ability to ensure project deliverables, timelines, and expectations are met
Deep understanding of Human Resources business processes and data requirements
Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex, multi-dimensional problems
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload with strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Exceptional collaboration skills and ability to influence, drive change, and contribute to operational effectiveness
Willingness to learn, explore, innovate, and think outside the box
Knowledge and exposure to retail, distribution center, and hourly workforce environments are desired
