About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Contribute to defining a strategy for monitoring the Smart TV fleet to ensure the CANAL+ application operates correctly
  • Assess the application’s technical compatibility across the entire Smart TV fleet
  • Monitor operations, alerts, and incidents with the teams responsible for identifying and resolving them
  • Contribute to the adoption and effective use of Jira/Confluence within the department
  • Support change management
  • Take ownership of ad hoc projects
  • Support the team with documentation and information sharing
  • Coordinate technical operations and projects related to lineup changes and marketing initiatives with ISPs and cable operators

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing a Master’s degree or equivalent (Bac+5) in an engineering, telecommunications, or university program
  • Have initial experience in project management
  • Comfortable working with Agile methodologies
  • Knowledge of connected TV services, Android TV, and video streaming is a plus
  • Proactive, able to make suggestions, and enjoy working as part of a team
  • Curious, with strong communication skills
  • Rigorous, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
