About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Advise Marketing and Sales teams in mainland France and the French overseas departments and regions (DROM) on legal issues relating to consumer law
Review and approve print and digital communications materials, as well as promotional materials for offers aimed at subscribers
Conduct legal research on projects led by CANAL+
Analyze B2B contracts related to services offered to subscribers
Assist teams with the management of customer disputes and litigation
Collaborate with the B2C legal teams within the France Legal Department

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree (Master 2) in Law or currently preparing for the French bar exam
Specialization in business law, particularly distribution law, consumer law, and competition law
Initial experience in a company or law firm is a plus
A dual degree with a business school would be an advantage
Thoroughness and responsiveness
Strong organizational skills
Excellent analytical and summarization skills
Strong team spirit
