Key responsibilities & impact

Select and produce video clips from films, series, and entertainment programs for CANAL+ social media channels
Cut and adapt videos to social media formats
Create subtitles and thumbnails for Instagram and YouTube
Select and edit archive footage and short programs from CANAL+’s content library
Produce clips for the YouTube formats “Décrypté” and “Dans le rétro”
Contribute to the development of event-based digital activations focused on entertainment and comedy
Participate in brainstorming sessions and production follow-up, including writing, briefing, filming, and editing
Manage social media channels and video platforms and build audience loyalty
Create graphic and editorial content, including videos, visuals, threads, and carousels
Develop an editorial calendar and manage pages dedicated to iconic programs from CANAL+’s content library
Publish content on YouTube, Facebook, and Snapchat according to a dedicated schedule
Monitor social media, digital developments, and editorial trends on a daily basis
Propose ideas for clips and formats related to the CANAL+ catalog and current conversations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Higher education qualification at Bachelor’s or Master’s level from a communications, journalism, or audiovisual school
Passion for film, series, and pop culture
Good knowledge of the content available on the CANAL+ app
Proficiency in video editing
Strong skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Premiere Pro and Photoshop
Excellent writing skills and impeccable spelling
Strong digital awareness and daily use of social media
Excellent understanding of the opening and closing hooks used in videos adapted for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts
Creative mindset with the ability to generate and champion ideas
Rigorous approach and strong attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
