About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as a strong interface between operational teams, particularly the Accounting Department
Determine and implement tools and processes for efficient company reporting
Continuously optimise internal management tools
Prepare financial statements and submit accounts according to GVA’s monthly closing schedule
Ensure consistency and reliability of financial data in coordination with business managers
Analyse variances against budget forecasts
Maintain alignment between cost accounting and general accounting
Participate in budgeting and prepare annual and semi-annual forecasts
Develop dashboards monitoring spending commitments and provisions
Update and analyse financial KPIs
Analyse, comment on, and present financial figures for Business Reviews
Monitor working capital requirements and cash-flow variations
Implement local processes based on Group guidelines
Conduct ad-hoc financial studies requested by the CFO
Manage stock reporting, including inventory, valuation, and write-offs
Improve the subsidiary’s financial organisation and performance
Monitor and propose updates to the analytical framework
Participate in ensuring proper application of internal procedures

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree (Bac +4/5 equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, or CCA
At least 3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in an audit firm or a Finance Department
Excellent command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Strong knowledge of ERP systems
Professional proficiency in English is mandatory
Strong analytical and summarising skills
Rigorous and well-organised
High level of integrity
Versatile, proactive, and team-oriented
Strong interpersonal skills
Reactivity and pragmatism
