About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Recruit the next generation of talent for internships and work-study programs
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
- Gather hiring needs from operational managers
- Conduct interviews and prepare contracts for selected candidates
- Manage the onboarding of interns and work-study employees and serve as their primary point of contact
- Act as the HR point of contact for all STUDIOCANAL work-study employees and interns
- Lead the intern and work-study employee community
- Organize mid-term HR check-ins
- Lead a task force within diversity and inclusion committees
- Support various HR projects led by Canal+’s HR department, including masterclasses, university relations events, and student career fairs
- Contribute to broader discussions on the international employer brand
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree (Bac+5 equivalent)
- Previous experience in Human Resources
- Interest in film, culture, and audiovisual content
- Fluent in English
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with different teams
- Well organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in office software, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
