About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct a comprehensive assessment of HRIS, Compensation & Benefits, social reporting, and payroll projects
Build a consolidated view of the project portfolio
Identify interdependencies, risks, critical resources, and required trade-offs
Support the prioritization of initiatives based on business value, complexity, and organizational impact
Prepare governance meetings and executive steering materials
Coordinate HR convergence projects between CANAL+ and MultiChoice Group
Track action plans, milestones, risks, and decisions
Lead international project communities
Facilitate cooperation between HR, HRIS, IT, and business teams across different geographies
Contribute to defining and deploying target operating models
Support the convergence of HR tools and processes, particularly toward Share+ / SAP SuccessFactors
Harmonize performance management, talent management, compensation, Core HR, and leave and absence management processes
Implement tracking tools and dashboards
Define and monitor success indicators
Produce reports for HR management and project sponsors
Proactively manage risks and roadblocks
Contribute to target HR processes, simplification, standardization, harmonization, and change management
Promote the sharing of best practices across Group entities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree (or equivalent) in HR, finance, social controlling, or business
5 to 10 years of experience in program management, HR transformation, consulting, or strategic PMO
Significant experience in an international environment
Experience managing complex transformation programs involving multiple countries and stakeholders
Excellent structuring and organizational skills
Strong ability to operate in complex matrix environments
Comfortable preparing materials for senior leadership and executive committees
Interest in HRIS and digital HR transformation
Ability to influence without direct authority
C1 level of English proficiency
Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is a plus
Experience working with Africa or in multicultural environments is a plus
