About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Implement back-end CRM enhancements as part of CRM modernization projects (One CRM program) and business projects
Ensure corrective and evolutionary maintenance of the legacy system
Ensure application maintenance for the front-end web application used by call centers within the offers scope
Explore the opportunities offered by artificial intelligence to optimize, industrialize, and simplify processes and improve delivery quality
Participate in MultiChoice Group integration projects, information systems modernization and convergence initiatives, and the redesign of product and offer portfolios across Africa and France’s overseas departments and regions (DROM)
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and international stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

4–5 years of successful experience as an experienced full stack developer
Strong back-end expertise, particularly in Java and Spring Batch
Interest in artificial intelligence
Excellent English proficiency, enabling regular communication with international stakeholders
Ability to work using Agile methodologies within multidisciplinary teams
