About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Implement features and deliver production-ready code
- Create technical documentation, system diagrams, and debugging reports
- Work in an AI-driven software life cycle
- Conduct performance optimizations and monitor key metrics
- Participate in agile planning events by providing technical insights and feasibility analysis

- Monitor delivery metrics such as lead time and deployment frequency

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent degree
- 5+ years in IT industry with 3+ years of experience building and delivering apps using React Native
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Spring Boot application development
- Expertise in analyzing, designing, implementing, and troubleshooting mobile applications for highly transactional systems
- Proficiency in JavaScript, React JS, HTML, CSS, Swift/Kotlin, Objective-C/Java, React Native, and Java
- Strong working knowledge of Redux, React, Expo, and Jest
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Working knowledge of AI, including Cursor and Claude
- Proficiency with Agile software development life cycle and Agile development methodology
- Experience with REST APIs, XML, and JSON
- Experience writing unit test cases
- Excellent communication and teamwork with a can-do attitude
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Preferred: Agile Scrum methodologies and SAFe frameworks
- Preferred: CI/CD systems such as Jenkins or GitHub CI
- Preferred: secure solution design principles
- Preferred: concurrent backend environments and multithreading
- Preferred: test-driven development frameworks or automated testing tools for mobile
- Preferred: DevOps and CI/CD practices
- Preferred: AI IDEs such as Cursor and GitHub Copilot
