About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work on Terafina implementation projects, configuring, building customizations, and integrations
Solve customer requirements within product boundaries through configurations, customizations, and integrations
Collaborate with team leads, Salesforce developers, UI developers, QA, and business analysts to deliver according to the project plan
Participate in customer and partner interactions for requirements and solutioning, integrations, sprint reviews, UAT fixes and management, live cutover, and transition support
Train and guide newly onboarded Salesforce developers on Terafina configurations, customizations, and integrations
Serve as a contact point for the Terafina support team regarding delivery issues reported by customers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience writing Apex classes and triggers, and Lightning Web Components
Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Design System and SFDX
Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating solutions, and/or deploying solutions to end users
Technical project management experience
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication and data presentation skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with business and technical teams
Understanding of Salesforce architecture and APIs
Experience using GitHub or other version control software
Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications
9–12 years of previous development experience, preferably in Salesforce
Experience with banking-domain projects or products preferred but not required
Willingness to work with teams across the US and India
