Key responsibilities & impact

Drive the “Yes to Our Cooperative’s Milk” (OLC) initiative
Support the Communications Director on recurring and strategic projects
Create and coordinate the internal rollout of the OLC initiative
Promote the cooperative model and brand preference externally
Develop the communications strategy and create and produce content in collaboration with the Digital Manager
Coordinate the project team, lead the 360° Steering Committee, and support the marketing teams
Engage the OLC consumer community and turn its members into ambassadors for the cooperative model
Design the monthly TOP200 and TOP80 meetings
Prepare key events and milestones, including organization and content
Provide support on strategic and cross-functional topics
Take the lead on the Keepeek database
Take the lead on event logistics
Travel throughout France

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or professional bachelor’s degree
4 to 5 years of experience in Marketing and/or Communications
Strong command of marketing and communications fundamentals, particularly digital tools and AI
Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills
Ability to adapt to diverse audiences, including head-office and site employees, farmers, and teams across all business areas and the wider group
Creativity and a strong focus on delivering impactful, operational results
Active listening and project management skills
Rigor, organizational skills, and strong prioritization abilities
Basic written and spoken English is a plus
