About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead technical projects within the scope of IT Operations
- Plan, organize, and facilitate status meetings, progress review committees, and discussions with internal stakeholders and external contributors
- Track action items, identify blockers, raise alerts in the event of deviations, and propose appropriate action plans
- Ensure smooth communication between technical leads, Business Solutions project managers, and external contributors
- Monitor commitments, deliverables, deadlines, and risks for projects within the assigned scope
- Contribute to the design and integration of Sodiaal Group’s IT solutions, infrastructure, and services
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree in IT, project management, or a related field
- More than 5 years of experience managing technical projects, ideally in an IT Operations environment
- Strong understanding of the environments and services within the scope of IT Operations
- Good knowledge of the technical challenges associated with IT Operations projects
- Proficiency in project management methods, tools, and practices
- Ability to develop and track schedules, milestones, deliverables, and action plans
- Ability to identify and monitor risks, dependencies, and blockers
- Ability to facilitate collaboration between technical teams, business project managers, and external contributors
- Ability to produce clear, well-structured project management and reporting materials
- Thoroughness, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously
- Responsiveness, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong collaborative mindset
- Experience within a multi-site industrial group is preferred
