About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and optimize user interfaces for web and mobile applications
Create wireframes, prototypes, and design systems
Analyze user needs and translate them into functional, aesthetically pleasing solutions
Work closely with developers, Product Owners, and other stakeholders
Conduct usability tests and continuously optimize designs based on user feedback
Take ownership of key projects and actively help shape the product vision

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong understanding of user experience principles and visual design
At least 2 years of professional experience in UX/UI or Visual Design
Experience with Motion Design and interactive animations
Creativity, analytical thinking, and a strong eye for modern design
Enthusiasm for innovative design and a good sense of current design trends
Excellent teamwork skills, along with an independent and structured approach to work
Openness to fully integrating Claude and Figma into your daily workflow; prior experience with both tools is preferred
Open and friendly personality, with a constructive approach to feedback and criticism
Solution-oriented mindset and active participation in design reviews
Ability to work independently, with enthusiasm for exchanging ideas and collaborating with colleagues from other departments
