About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide 100% outpatient primary care with no call responsibilities
- Work Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm
- Care for a Medicare Advantage patient population
- See 12-18 patients daily
- Join a care team consisting of 1 NP and 2 MDs
- Contribute to Cano Health’s patient-centered primary care environment
Requirements
What you’ll need- MSN
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family, Internal, or Geriatric Medicine
- Must have minimum of 3-5 years recent experience as an NP in a primary care setting
- Preferably in value-based care
- Must live within 15-25 minutes from clinic
- Fluent Spanish a plus
