About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze loan applications and supporting documents to ensure compliance with underwriting standards
- Guide clients through the final stages of the mortgage process
- Collaborate with loan consultants, underwriters, real estate agents, and insurance advisors to ensure accurate and timely closings
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, answer questions, and ease concerns
- Identify and resolve documentation discrepancies or issues before closing
- Work in a professional office environment supporting homeownership through mortgage, realty, and insurance services
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
- Excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Collaborative, team-first mindset
- Willingness to obtain an NMLS license, sponsored by CapCenter
- Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage competing priorities and respond to time-sensitive matters
- Extended periods of sitting, computer use, keyboarding, and telephone or virtual communication may be required
