Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Active Virginia law license (or eligibility for admission)
  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Legal experience, preferably in real estate, mortgage lending, or a related transactional practice
  • Strong analytical skills and sound legal judgment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to explain complex legal and financial concepts clearly
  • High standards of professionalism, ethics, and integrity
  • Genuine enthusiasm for client service
  • Ability to perform effectively with high-volume, deadline-driven work
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent transactions
