About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, develop, test, and implement integration adapters connecting an ETRM platform to a corporate Data Warehouse and other downstream systems.
  • Develop serverless integration components using AWS Lambda and Python.
  • Build and maintain ETL and data integration pipelines.
  • Develop event-driven and streaming integrations, where applicable.
  • Work with ETRM, data, and application teams to understand source and target system requirements.
  • Implement error handling, logging, monitoring, and operational controls.
  • Investigate and resolve integration and data flow issues.
  • Follow development, testing, deployment, and documentation standards.
  • Collaborate with distributed client and Capco teams to deliver components on schedule.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Hands-on knowledge of ETL and data integration development.
  • Experience developing integrations using Python.
  • Knowledge of AWS Lambda and serverless application development.
  • Experience designing and developing APIs, adapters, or integration services between enterprise applications.
  • Knowledge of event-driven architectures and asynchronous integration patterns.
  • Knowledge of relational databases and Data Warehouses, including SQL.
  • Strong knowledge of data transformation, mapping, and validation, as well as integration patterns.
  • Ability to work effectively in distributed delivery teams.
