About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate the monthly Capex and/or Opex forecasting process
Prepare monthly budget adherence reports for investment projects and the portfolio
Prepare materials on investment and operating expense controls for critical analysis and results meetings
Manage planning-versus-actuals information and justifications
Manage departmental projects in SAP, including project and WBS creation and structuring
Monitor monthly and consolidate project variance justifications
Audit and guide project teams on the correct classification of variance justifications
Prepare investment project progress reports with budgetary, qualitative, legal, and management analyses
Lead time-entry processes and provide guidance on procedures and deadlines
Lead the annual and monthly OAI planning processes
Record, analyze, and validate expenses for the RGT (Quarterly Expense Report)
Record working hours for active employees in SAP
Prepare materials for critical analysis meetings on expense and results indicators
Manage planning-versus-actuals information and justifications for overtime hours
Provide guidance on the correct objects for expense allocation, resolve issues with and block objects, and issue CEOPs in SAP
Validate and correct cost objects in offshore transportation requests for personnel and cargo
Provide stakeholders and partnership processes with information, low- to medium-complexity analyses, and clarification regarding expenses
Perform other similar activities of comparable complexity and scope

Requirements

What you’ll need

Significant experience in activities similar to the scope of the services, subject to approval by the contract oversight team
Knowledge of the BW system
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
Active registration with the relevant professional council or regulatory body
Knowledge of BI tools, including Power BI and Spotfire, for data processing and management reporting (preferred)
Knowledge of SAP MM, CO, FI, PS, and PM modules (preferred)
