About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform monthly measurements in the Measurement System
- Consolidate technical documents from the construction contractor in the Document Management System (GED)
- Monitor equipment tests, loop tests, and static and dynamic testing of communication networks
- Provide technical support for analyzing contractual occurrences through the Daily Work Report (RDO)
- Verify and consolidate calculation notes and instrument and valve data sheets
- Track responses to SITs and SINs
- Control and monitor the Data Book, final documentation, and as-built drawings
- Control and verify RMCs and RNCs in the PETROBRAS system
- Prepare technical documentation for contracting, management reports, and technical presentations
- Compile quantities and completed or outstanding services
- Monitor performance indicators, lessons learned, and best practices
- Plan, conduct, and critically analyze Checklists
- Hold meetings and coordinate interfaces with suppliers and designers
- Review schedules, contract documents, and reports, and identify the need for corrections
- Plan management and legal compliance audits
- Prepare and review schedules, physical-financial curves, variance justifications, and annual and multi-year plans
- Extract SAP and BW reports for expenditure analysis
- Develop schedule studies and simulations, precedence networks, histograms, and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
- Analyze constructability, risks, change impacts, and the feasibility of optimization initiatives
- Monitor production planning, financial schedules, and contractor performance indicators
- Evaluate action plans for planning deviations
- Verify receipt of commissionable items, inspections, functional tests, and maintenance services
- Provide support to ensure compliance with contractual requirements across project design, construction, assembly, commissioning, and start-up
Requirements
What you’ll need- Microsoft Office
- Primavera
- Degree in Production Engineering; other related higher-education degrees are also accepted, such as Electrical, Civil, Planning, Automation, Instrumentation, or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience in the defined responsibilities or related scopes, subject to approval by the supervising inspection team
