About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate planning activities at the Integrated Subsea Operations Center (CIOp-SUB)
  • Provide technical support for service scopes to SUB project management teams during subsea equipment operations
  • Issue technical detail reports during the planning phase of commissioning and decommissioning operations for subsea equipment
  • Negotiate with CIOp-SUB members regarding the insertion, removal, or postponement of SUB/SSUB schedulable operations
  • Issue a Weekly Critical Pending Items Report
  • Update operational constraints and milestones for commissioning and decommissioning processes in the system used throughout the contract term
  • Participate in and/or coordinate external planning meetings, providing technical support and operational planning data
  • Perform technical detailing of work orders in the designated system
  • Prepare a preliminary operational analysis, upload documentation required to execute the operation, and select the resources needed for offshore activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Technical diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Electromechanics, Control and Automation, or Industrial Automation from an educational institution recognized by the Ministry of Education
  • Valid registration with the relevant professional council
  • Proficiency with spreadsheet tools (Microsoft Office Suite – Excel), including the ability to create pivot tables and dynamic charts
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power BI
  • Advanced proficiency in SAP: Materials Management (MM) and Plant Maintenance (PM) modules
  • Advanced proficiency in SharePoint
