About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Implement improvements to projects and processes
- Lead the project team and ensure process compliance and standardization across all phases of the life cycle
- Monitor and update critical analyses of PCM initiatives at the strategic and executive levels
- Govern materials related to the UMS Projects and Planned Shutdown RAC with the Búzios Management Committee
- Critically review and approve onshore engineering packages and planning books for M&R contracts supporting UN-BÚZIOS UMS campaigns
- Provide technical support to inspection teams in monitoring fabrication stages at the pipe shop
Requirements
What you’ll need- Training in reading and critically analyzing technical specifications
- Ability to interpret drawings, engineering flowcharts, and piping and structural designs
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of MS Project
- Knowledge of SAP
- Knowledge of project management software
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) tools
- Extensive experience in project management
- Experience developing and analyzing integrated schedules, histograms, and resource leveling plans
- Experience with S-curves and deviation recovery plans
- Experience in offshore projects or monitoring the fabrication, construction, and assembly of piping, naval structures, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, electrical installations, or instrumentation
- Degree in any program within the broad field of study “07 Engineering, Manufacturing and Construction” under CINE Brasil
