About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the efficiency of project workflows and processes
- Promote organization, continuous improvement, and demand tracking in BI systems, including the generation of performance indicators
- Monitor activities and manage KPI dashboards
- Prioritize demands and support meetings, status updates, and workflows
- Identify bottlenecks to improve team efficiency and productivity
- Report on processes to the Integration and Compliance leadership team
- Prepare minutes for management meetings
- Update action plans resulting from contract review meetings
- Generate reports and integrate data into BI tools, AI solutions, and presentations
- Work with the Integration and Compliance department and other areas as needed, with prior alignment
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in project planning within an industrial environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of MS Project
- Knowledge of EPM
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams
- Knowledge of Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, etc.)
- Knowledge of SmartPlant Foundation (SPE – Hexagon)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education
