About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare and/or update Power BI dashboards to facilitate the management of contingency-related matters
- Manage contingency-related training and identify new opportunities and content
- Support planning and monitor emergency drills at operational units
- Propose actions to enhance leadership’s knowledge of ICS (Incident Command System)
- Monitor the implementation of contingency recommendations arising from risk analyses and inspections
- Support the preparation and/or review of Emergency Response Plans, PRE-SOs, Local Plans, and PROs
- Advise on emergency preparedness and response matters from an occupational safety engineering perspective
- Support the review of contingency management procedures and standards
- Deliver presentations on contingency matters, including HSE RACs and the Subcommittee
- Audit the compliance of protective barriers identified in JSA, HAZOP, LOPA, and QRA processes
- Monitor internal and external audits at the refining, gas processing, DTEN, and LCM facilities
- Support data entry into the internal InfoPAE, action plan, SERP, and iRISCO systems
- Train professionals to access contingency-related systems and make the necessary adjustments
- Provide support for PAGSMS audits
Requirements
What you’ll need- Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of integrated management system standards, such as ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001
- Working knowledge of SAP ERP or a computerized anomaly reporting system
- ART (Technical Responsibility Record) for the position and assigned duties
- Experience in activities similar to the scope of services
- Degree in Engineering, with a postgraduate qualification in Occupational Safety Engineering
- Registration with the relevant professional engineering council
