  • Develop reports and dashboards

  • Administer systems, tools, routines, and scripts that support operations and technology monitoring
  • Implement and optimize processes for managing tasks, requests, and problem resolution
  • Monitor the availability, performance, and security of services and information
  • Analyze and update operational data, generating indicators on trends, capacity, efficiency, and compliance
  • Prepare periodic executive reports for leadership
  • Create, implement, and maintain scripts, routines, and technical procedures to automate repetitive activities
  • Keep technical documentation and audit and compliance best practices up to date
  • Diagnose incidents and recurring problems and track their resolution
  • Propose continuous improvements based on performance metrics and periodic assessments
  • Draft technical communications regarding incidents, changes, or system updates, aligning communications with stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering (any specialization), Statistics, or Information Technology; or a postgraduate degree in a related field
  • Significant experience in service management or project management within large organizations
  • Knowledge of project management
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum
  • Knowledge of ITIL Foundation
  • Fundamentals of ETL, data analysis, and BI
  • Knowledge of Office 365, Excel, Planner, Power BI, and SharePoint
  • Knowledge of COBIT or RiskIT
  • Knowledge of ISO 27000 and ISO 22301 standards
  • Technical English
