Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, implement, and optimize data analysis solutions, information-gathering systems, and management tools for engineering projects and contracts
Implement and administer project planning tools, such as MS Project and Primavera
Develop Business Intelligence solutions and data visualizations in Power BI
Develop automations, interactive applications, and digital workflows using Power Apps, Power Automate, Python, and online databases
Propose improvements to Microsoft tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Plan, control, and critically analyze the physical and financial progress of projects and contracts
Monitor performance indicators, risks, and deviations, issuing management alerts
Prepare executive reports, presentations, performance indicators, meeting minutes, and management follow-up materials
Participate in governance meetings and support the definition of project execution strategies
Monitor active contracts, amendments, contracting processes, service-line consumption, contract measurements, and HHER reports
Extract, process, and analyze data from corporate systems, including SAP R/3 and BW
Prepare and review technical specifications, PPU documents, budget spreadsheets, and new management requests

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with registration with CREA
Experience in industrial project quality control
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA
Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6
Knowledge of EPM
Knowledge of the Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps
Knowledge of Microsoft Teams
Knowledge of SmartPlant Foundation (SPE – Hexagon)
Postgraduate qualification in Project Management
