About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop enterprise-grade Full Stack applications
Build React/TypeScript interfaces using component-based architecture, state management, and high data density
Design and develop RESTful APIs in Python with FastAPI, including asynchronous processing, dependency injection, Pydantic validation, and OpenAPI/Swagger documentation
Design schemas, migrations, indexing, and stored procedures in Azure SQL
Design clean, versioned REST APIs, integrating external services and third-party connectors
Implement state machines, step routing, and audit trails for workflows/BPM
Integrate LLM APIs for document classification, entity extraction, and intelligent email automation
Create unit and integration tests with pytest
Work with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and deployment of Python services on Azure
Implement authentication, RBAC authorization, and API protection in regulated enterprise environments

Requirements

What you’ll need

Advanced/fluent English – mandatory (will be assessed during the interview)
Experience in Full Stack development, building enterprise-grade applications, ideally in financial services or regulated industries
Proficiency in React (TypeScript), component-based UI architecture, state management (Redux or Zustand), and development of high-data-density interfaces
Strong Python development skills with FastAPI
Experience with C# (.NET) is a plus
Strong experience with Azure SQL — schema design, migrations, indexing, stored procedures, and immutable/append-only patterns
Experience with SQLAlchemy ORM or pyodbc is desirable
Ability to design clean, versioned REST APIs, including authentication, middleware, error handling, and integration with external services and third-party connectors
Familiarity with state machine design, step routing, and audit trail logging
Experience with BPM is a plus
Experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or Azure OpenAI)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to debug across the full stack and propose pragmatic approaches under time constraints
Comfortable creating unit and integration tests using pytest
Understanding of test coverage for workflows and state-transition logic
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps), containerization (Docker), and deploying Python services in cloud environments, including Azure App Service or Azure Functions
Practical knowledge of OAuth 2.0/JWT-based authentication, Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), RBAC, and API protection in regulated enterprise environments
