Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Information Technology, or Engineering (any specialization)
  • Graduate degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Information Technology, or Engineering (any specialization)
  • Significant experience in service management or project management within large organizations
  • Certifications/training: SC-OTC-001 – Security Center 5.x Omnicast™; MC-OPT-001 – Genetec Mission Control Operator Training; SC-PMO-001 – Security Center: Plan Manager Operator Training; SC-MOT-001 – Security Center: Mobile Operator Training; OSCP (Offensive Security Certified Professional); ISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) or a similar security certification; ICS 100 – Incident Command System
  • Knowledge of Unix, Windows, iOS, and Android operating systems
  • Knowledge of Change Management, Capacity Management, and Incident Management processes under ITIL
  • Knowledge of network management and IT and telecommunications infrastructure
  • Knowledge of ICT Operations (ITIL)
  • Spoken and written technical English
