Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Information Technology, or Engineering (any specialization)
- Graduate degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Information Technology, or Engineering (any specialization)
- Significant experience in service management or project management within large organizations
- SC-OTC-001 – Security Center 5.x Omnicast™ certification/training
- MC-OPT-001 – Genetec Mission Control Operator Training certification/training
- SC-PMO-001 – Security Center: Plan Manager Operators Training certification/training
- SC-MOT-001 – Security Center: Mobile Operator Training certification/training
- OSCP: Offensive Security Certified Professional – Try Harder
- ISSP: Certified Information Systems Security Professional or a similar security certification
- ICS 100 – Incident Command System
- Knowledge of Unix, Windows, iOS, and Android operating systems
- Knowledge of Change Management, Capacity Management, and Incident Management processes – ITIL
- Knowledge of network management and IT and telecommunications infrastructure
- Knowledge of ICT operations (ITIL)
- Spoken and written technical English
