About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Receive requests for the development of BI management dashboards
Discuss business requirements with analysts and service requestors
Support the selection and development of databases, associative tables, and data structures
Gather and analyze dashboard requirements
Present initial designs for approval
Develop and maintain automation systems using SAPscript, BW/BEx Analyzer, Power BI, Spotfire, Access, Excel, and VBA
Structure databases, including the handling of large volumes of structured and unstructured data
Calculate KPIs and support the preparation of structured, unstructured, and analytical reports
Extract information from contracts, purchase orders, and amendments using SAP BW, SAP ERP, and SAP
Participate in scope-definition meetings and results presentations
Build, modify, maintain, and update panels, dashboards, and databases
Support market and risk monitoring
Analyze systems and recommend improvements or replacements
Resolve issues before and after the development of dashboards and business models
Create tables, dashboards, presentations, indices, projections, and correlations to support analysis and decision-making
Provide user support, training, and assistance
Upload and download data in internal systems
Prepare and update procedures, instructions, technical notes, standards, documents, guides, schedules, flowcharts, diagrams, reports, communications, and training materials
Participate in meetings and deliver presentations on activities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge of SAP
Knowledge of SAP BW
Advanced Excel knowledge and proficiency
Advanced Power BI knowledge and proficiency
Advanced knowledge of and proficiency in ETL processes
Advanced knowledge of and proficiency in M and DAX languages
Knowledge of SQL and Python
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Engineering, Statistics, Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Development, or Information Technology Management
Related courses, subject to approval by the contract oversight team
Active registration with the relevant professional council
Experience in the specified responsibilities or a related scope, subject to approval by the contract oversight team
