About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Implement initiatives to improve testing activities and provide support for their deployment
- Improve and further automate KPIs as part of their ongoing redesign
- Develop automation processes to simplify and optimize project management
- Develop predictive models based on the FAL production workload, using planning data and lessons learned
- Develop project review report templates automatically populated from databases and/or project management tools
- Expand knowledge through hands-on experience with aeronautical systems and testing
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing an engineering degree or a university Master’s degree
- Ideally specialized in aeronautical systems and/or production
- Scripting skills (JavaScript, Python) are a plus
- Proficiency in technical English
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Passion for innovation
- Initiative, autonomy, creativity, and the ability to learn and synthesize information
