About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create and/or revise the manufacturing bill of materials (DBM) to reflect production-cycle composition in terms of required parts and materials
Create and revise work cycles required to implement retrofit modifications based on documents issued by the technical department
Implement changes from revised engineering documents or manufacturing improvement actions by revising existing production cycles or creating new work cycles
Prepare and/or modify technical attachments and graphical instructions for work cycles
Identify equipment and parts required to manufacture components and perform assembly
Identify auxiliary materials supporting line activities
Manage out-of-sequence operations on related work orders
Work on complex and innovative industrial projects involving advanced manufacturing processes, automation, quality, and supply chain

Requirements

What you’ll need

0 to 3 years of experience in Tempi e Metodi
Knowledge of Distinta Base management concepts (Di.Ba. engineering, Di.Ba. manufacturing, sottogruppo, sistema, major assembly, anagrafica parti, legami di struttura, effettività)
Knowledge of work-cycle management concepts (cycle header, operation sequence and descriptions, equipment, tools, materials, timing)
Knowledge and use of CATIA V5
Knowledge of ERP SAP/Teamcenter
Ability to work at the client site 5/5
Italian language proficiency indicated by the Italian-language posting
