Requirements
What you’ll need- 1 to 3 years of experience
- Product Model and Guidewire Data Model Extensions
- Guidewire Insurance Suite (PolicyCenter)
- Working REST/SOAP and Java/J2EE knowledge
- Contributes to configuration, development, and support work, growing toward independent ownership of well-defined scope
- Applies defined designs and contributes to impact analysis within a bounded, well-understood scope
- Builds and tests configuration, rules, and simple integrations; delivers reliably against sprint commitments
- Learns through mentorship and code review; participates in technical discussion
- Assists in triage and deployment activity under guidance; follows established operational standards
- Communicates at the task level and clarifies requirements within assigned work
- Communication must be concise, clear, and free of ambiguity
