About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze business processes, subprocesses, activities, and tasks to identify automation opportunities
  • Design AI, GenAI, RAG, and Agentic AI architectures aligned to business objectives
  • Conduct feasibility, suitability, complexity, and risk assessments for automation initiatives
  • Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews
  • Develop prototypes, proofs of concept, and production-ready AI solutions
  • Define AI governance, monitoring, observability, and adoption frameworks
  • Create executive presentations, recommendations, and implementation of road maps
  • Support Azure-based (multi-cloud) solution deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and operationalization

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, AI, Automation, Digital Transformation, or Solution Consulting
  • 3+ years of designing, developing, or implementing AI/ML or GenAI solutions
  • Experience engaging with senior business stakeholders and leading discovery workshops
  • Experience in mentoring teams
