About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and develop Generative AI and business automation solutions
- Integrate AI services with enterprise platforms through APIs and cloud services
- Participate in developing backend and frontend applications supporting intelligent solutions
- Implement conversational agents, virtual assistants, and automated business workflows
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary software engineering, data, and operations teams
- Ensure industrialization, monitoring, and maintenance of deployed solutions
- Contribute to architecture design, technical standards, and development best practices
- Support digital transformation initiatives integrating AI solutions with corporate systems, cloud platforms, and business processes
- Ensure scalability, security, and operational excellence in production environments
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in software development
- Strong experience with Python and backend service development
- Hands-on experience integrating AI, Machine Learning, or Generative AI solutions into business processes
- Experience with APIs, distributed architectures, and cloud platforms
- Knowledge of Azure, AWS, or equivalent cloud environments
- Fluent English at C1 level
- Nice to have: Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365
- Nice to have: Knowledge of .NET, React, or modern web technologies
- Nice to have: Experience with LLMs, NLP, embeddings, RAG, AI agents, or orchestration frameworks
- Nice to have: Familiarity with ServiceNow, ITSM platforms, or operations automation
- Nice to have: Experience with Docker, microservices, and CI/CD practices
