About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the application lifecycle, ensuring continuous improvement, quality, and alignment with business needs
- Define and oversee solution architectures, ensuring best practices in scalability, security, and integration
- Manage technology vendors and partners, monitoring deliveries, service quality, and compliance with deadlines
- Actively participate in the management of technology projects, ensuring coordination among teams and stakeholders
- Promote Security by Design and Privacy by Design principles in the development and maintenance of solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent field
- At least 7 years of experience in cross-functional roles involving Solution Architecture, Application Management, or Project Management
- Proven experience in application lifecycle management and vendor management
- Solid knowledge of application security, Security by Design, and Privacy by Design
- Knowledge of UX/UI, Linux, Windows Server, databases (SQL Server, MySQL, MariaDB), web servers (IIS and Apache), and scripting
- Experience with Public Sector projects and the preparation of tender specifications is a plus
- Availability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Lisbon
- Fluency in Portuguese
