About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Translate business needs into actionable requirements
- Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements
- Prepare technical documentation and functional specifications
- Support development and testing teams throughout delivery
- Conduct market research and comparative analysis
- Support data requests and reporting activities
- Participate in process improvement and efficiency initiatives
- Work with user stories and backlog management tools
- Manage and refine the product backlog
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in technology-driven or enterprise environments
- Experience working closely with development and QA teams throughout the software delivery lifecycle
- Strong skills in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation
- Experience creating functional specifications and user stories
- Experience with backlog management, prioritization, and stakeholder communication
- Practical knowledge of SQL for data analysis, extraction, and validation
- Understanding of cloud platforms, Azure and/or AWS, and their role in system integrations
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps
- Ability to design, document, and execute test scenarios/scripts for quality assurance activities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization and continuous improvement
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders
