About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support clients in evolving their information systems and digitally transforming their business processes across the aerospace, space, and defense sectors
Gather and analyze user requirements and translate them into suitable functional solutions
Facilitate workshops with business teams
Model processes and identify areas for improvement
Draft functional specifications and design documents required by project teams
Participate in tool configuration
Prepare test campaigns and monitor defects
Support users during user acceptance testing, deployment, training, and change management
Coordinate business teams, development teams, and program managers
Contribute to the continuous improvement of clients’ applications, processes, and tools

Requirements

What you’ll need

Higher education degree in engineering, information systems, or an industrial discipline
Experience in the aerospace industry, gained through an internship, apprenticeship, or employment
Knowledge of engineering, production, or maintenance processes
Knowledge of PLM, ERP, or industrial management solutions
Ability to analyze and structure business requirements
Ability to write functional specifications
Ability to organize user acceptance testing
Comfortable working in an environment involving both business and technical stakeholders
Ability to leverage artificial intelligence tools in a professional context
