About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support clients in evolving their information systems and digitally transforming their business processes
- Support business teams across operations, maintenance, engineering, asset management, procurement, supply chain, and finance
- Analyze and formalize functional requirements
- Manage incidents, enhancement requests, and production releases
- Ensure the proper functioning of critical applications, the quality of master data, and the consistency of technical data
- Contribute to improving asset management and preventive and corrective maintenance processes
- Contribute to the digitalization of field operations
- Conduct validation testing
- Monitor interfaces and data exchanges between systems
- Coordinate business teams, technical teams, and external partners
- Track performance indicators and governance forums
- Identify opportunities for improvement to enhance operational performance, infrastructure reliability, and data value
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 4 years of experience in application support, AMOA, Business Analysis, or functional administration
- Experience in the energy, utilities, industrial, or infrastructure sectors, ideally in a highly critical environment
- Participation in digital transformation projects, business solution integration, or operational process improvement initiatives
- Knowledge of one or more environments related to asset management, industrial maintenance, energy networks, data governance, or performance management
- Ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills, autonomy, and a service-oriented mindset
