About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage reception, visitor access, meeting rooms, mail, deliveries, and workplace support services
- Lead end-to-end procurement activities, including requisitions, purchase orders, and supplier onboarding
- Coordinate purchasing needs with business stakeholders and ensure compliance with company policies, approvals, and budgets
- Manage supplier relationships, records, contracts, compliance documentation, and performance
- Partner with Legal, Finance, and business teams on supplier negotiations and contract requirements
- Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, facilities services, and employee workplace requests
- Help create a seamless, safe, and efficient workplace experience
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4–6 years of professional experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong communication skills
- Advanced/Fluent English
- Experience in insurance industry is a plus
- Valid, local legal authorization to work in Mexico at the time of hire
- FBS does not sponsor or obtain work authorization unless explicitly stated
