About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure smooth delivery and continuous evolution of a modern AI & Data platform
- Own day-to-day backlog management
- Coordinate releases and manage cross-team dependencies
- Align priorities with key stakeholders across the organization
- Drive execution and facilitate collaboration between business and technical teams
- Support planning, prioritization, and delivery governance
- Own the platform feature-level backlog, including ordering and readiness of incoming work
- Translate platform demand into actionable backlog items
- Act as the platform’s day-to-day stakeholder interface toward stream leads
- Represent the platform team in operational coordination
- Coordinate dependencies, delivery risks, release readiness, changes, releases, and handovers
- Support adoption of platform services
- Maintain usable platform service documentation standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Senior experience in backlog ownership, prioritization, and delivery coordination
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to translate demand into feature-level backlog items
- Experience coordinating dependencies, delivery risks, releases, and handovers
- Sufficient technical understanding to discuss and represent simpler platform topics
- Experience from data/platform environments and Agile/DevOps delivery is valued
