Key responsibilities & impact

Drive the performance of a portfolio of engagements
Anticipate risks and challenge financial trajectories
Support the implementation of improvement plans
Get involved from the pre-sales stage to challenge solutions and Delivery models
Ensure commitments are fulfilled
Support projects in sensitive situations
Support and develop Engagement Managers through coaching, certifications, experience sharing, and skills development
Accelerate industrialization, productivity, and the adoption of GenAI
Contribute to the development and expansion of engagements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree from an engineering school or an equivalent university qualification
At least 15 years of experience, including 10 years managing complex projects, programs, or services
Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating Delivery activities
Strong command of fixed-price, service center, and managed services engagement models
Strong command of the associated governance and management mechanisms
Strong command of project management financial KPIs
Good knowledge of Cloud and Data environments
Leadership, ability to bring teams together, strong service orientation, and results focus
Fluent English
