About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and act as principal Interaction/Visual Design expert for dedicated Design Pods on high-impact client projects
Establish and maintain project Design Direction aligned with strategic goals and brand guidelines
Conduct design quality reviews and quality assurance checks before client presentation
Ensure end-to-end UX/UI and Human-Centred Design process across discovery through delivery
Lead AI adoption across Design Research, Concepting, Design Execution, User Testing, and Value Measurement
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of designers
Foster a culture of continuous learning and excellence

Requirements

What you’ll need

8 to 14 years of relevant work experience in Experience Design and designing complex Digital Experiences
Expertise designing for Web, Mobile (iOS/Android), Conversational AI, and emerging digital channels
Experience delivering solutions across industries such as Finance, Healthcare, Retail, and Tech
Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD
Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to articulate complex design rationale to technical and non-technical audiences
Strong portfolio showcasing successful digital projects and contribution to strategic design direction
